Publisher's Description
Scott Bruzek has served the church faithfully for over three decades. In this volume his colleagues and former students honor him with a collection of sermons preached throughout the church year and on many special occasions. They have been preached across the globe to congregations large and small, and in seminary and university chapels. These sermons are meant to inspire the next generation of pastors and church leaders to reflect on the beauty of the Lord, as he is present with us when he gathers us in his house as his very body.

“This collection of sermons varies in style and composition, yet have a thread that holds them together. The thread is Jesus Christ for you. While the volume honors Scott Bruzek for his many years of pastoral leadership, it really points the hearer to Jesus Christ crucified and risen for the life of the world. I look forward to recommending this volume to students for years to come. The sermons are pointed and sharp in both law and gospel and draw the hearers into the life of God in Christ Jesus. Soli Deo Gloria!”
