Publisher's Description

"Prayer is the fuel that provides the spiritual spark for our lives." We aren't the first people to struggle with prayer. When Christ's disciples asked, "Teach us to pray," He responded by teaching them a few sentences that have come to be known as the Lord's Prayer. Now Tony Evans shows how this prayer can by a model for all of us. The Lord's Prayer shows us how to pray for: God's will God's glory Our needs and requests Forgiveness of sins Protection from evil God is everything we will ever need, and He wants us to come to Him. "God is brighter than the sun. We can't even approach the sun without getting cooked, yet the God who created the sun is infinitely brighter than the sun." And this God invites us to worship Him and pray to Him through Christ.
