Father of Lies

Fiction

“Father of Lies is ‘it,’ that rarest accomplishment, a page-turning drama with depth. With characters flawed but seeking, a tale of brokenness and redemption is woven within the template of the timeless yet timely struggle of good versus evil, worldly versus spiritual. With the quirky, seaside city of Newport, Rhode Island, as a character itself, Ryan bucks and transcends a well-worn narrative, and with a few well-timed surprises along the way, has written a captivating story of how both past and present can haunt—but only if you let them.”
