John’s Unfolding Cosmic Drama

Biblical Studies & Commentaries

“Lioy and Coon’s John’s Unfolding Cosmic Drama is an invaluable addition to scholarly resources on the book of Revelation. Written in accessible language, its canonically controlled exegesis of Revelation’s literary artistry, careful analyses of its cosmic Christology, and disciplined reflections on pastoral implications distinguish it from its peers. The learning objectives and study questions which launch each chapter, well-placed summary tables, and guidelines for preaching are helpful aide-mémoire. Teachers, students, and church workers will find nuggets of pure gold on each page.”
