Anthony James Steinbronn previously served as a parish pastor in Nebraska, Indiana, and South Dakota, and as a missionary and theological educator in Southern Africa. Steinbronn also held posts as a mission executive and district president. Steinbronn studied at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, and earned a Master of Sacred Theology in Luther Studies. Steinbronn wrote The Masks of God (2026).
