Archibald Alexander

Archibald Alexander (1772–1851) served as president of Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia and as pastor of Pine Street Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia. Alexander later served as principal and professor at Princeton Theological Seminary. Alexander wrote The Truth, Inspiration, and Authority of Scripture.
