Who's Afraid of Postmodernism?
Theology
“Who's Afraid of Postmodernism? will help many of us. By pointing out dangers and highlighting possibilities, it will help those who are already grappling constructively with postmodernity. And perhaps it will prompt some who seem to be afraid of postmodernism to relax a little more, critique others a little less, and 'redeem the time' a little more fruitfully.”
Counseling, Grief & Mental Health
“Here is a book that should be required reading for every seminarian and should be a gift to every pastor and church board. Thank God that Carol Howard and James Fenimore have said out loud the things that are usually expressed only through sighs and tears. The diagnosis is sound, and the prescriptions are wise indeed.”
Bible Studies & Devotionals
“Many people experience college as the best four years of their life. Many experience college as the most challenging, even traumatic years. And more than a few experience it as a paradoxical mixture of both. If I could recommend one book for you (or a college student you know and love), it would be Megan LeCluyse’s You’re Not the Only One. Even after a few pages, you’ll feel like Megan is exactly the kind of older sibling, down-to-earth mentor, and insightful companion you need to get more than your money’s worth from your college tuition.”
Philosophy
“There is something I have been trying to put into words for almost twenty years. Reading Zero Theology, I realized what it was. This book will lead you to think thoughts you have almost thought, but needed John Tucker's help to get there.”
