Mother of Wild Beasts

Fiction

“Piotrowicz’s Mother of Wild Beasts is brilliant! With her usual wit and wisdom mixed together like desert and sand, like forest and moss-covered ground, Piotrowicz is the only one who could immerse us in the magical worlds of an elderly eccentric, Magda, and Summer, the curious medical student who lives next door to her. Reaching into mysterious secrets of the past to understand the present, this story enchants us with poetic insight!”
