Cynthia Tam previously worked as an occupational therapist. Tam has served as a pastor and as National Director of Disability Ministries with the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada. Tam founded Village Eulogia for Families with Special Needs and has remained active in that community. Tam wrote Kinship in the Household of God (2021).
