Desmond Cartwright

Pentecostal Origins

History & Biography

“This book is the most thorough and detailed history of Pentecostalism in any part of the UK. It deserves a place amongst the best books in the growing collection now appearing. It should stand as a model of how to write a history of any dynamic religious group. It will be a good read for the ordinary reader as well as the academic.”
