God Is Here

Prayer & Spiritual Formation

“I stumbled on The Practice of the Presence of God a few years ago and was immediately captivated by the simplicity and depth of Brother Lawrence’s teachings. I have gone back to the book many times since. I’m glad that someone like Steve Case has picked it up and dusted it off for the next generation, taking Brother Lawrence’s words and using them as a jumping-off place to discuss connecting with God. Like Brother Lawrence, Case has aimed for simplicity and depth. I think he hit his mark. This is a great book for young Christians and for those who have been away from the faith for a while and feel a drawing to come back home.”
