Essays on Apostolic Themes

Theology

“These essays comprise a work of scholarship that makes a valuable contribution to charismatic literature. I am convinced that in addition to giving some deserved recognition to Dr. Ervin the work will contribute significantly to our understanding of the biblical and historical roots of the charismatic movement. The volume has been carefully edited and reflects contact with current literature. Happily the essayists represent a variety of theological traditions and enlist among their number biblical scholars of international stature.”

Kingdom Advancing

Theology

“Much of what has been written on the biblical theme of the kingdom of God has been speculative. Kingdom Advancing is different. A professor of New Testament at Oral Roberts University, Trevor Grizzle is adept at dealing with the kingdom of God and its implications for living in today’s world. This book will profit many people, especially local church pastors, people in the pews, theological students, and professional theologians.”
