Psalms

Biblical Studies & Commentaries

“Here is a work as theological as the Psalms deserve, and as devotionally warm as they demand. This commentary is precisely what we would expect from Geoffrey Grogan — magnificently researched, written with an easy grace that carries the reader along, seminal where brevity is required. It is a delight to be in the company of one who loves the Psalms as richly as he knows them, whose spirituality runs as deep as his scholarship, and whose solid independence of judgment makes him a reliable guide through the huge literature and diverse theories that the Psalms have attracted.”
