Fundamentalism and Gender

Ethics, Culture & Social Issues

“By bringing together a renowned group of scholars, Fundamentalism and Gender provides a new and sophisticated analysis of two critical keywords that both complicate and illuminate each other. This book will foster discussion about a host of topics, certainly including scripture, body, and community, but also setting in motion terms like secularism, nationalism, literalism, science and biopolitics. Thanks to the intelligence of both the editors and contributors, the conversations sparked by this book will move our thinking forward.”
