Changing Stories

Evangelism & Missions

“In Changing Stories, Jairo Oliveira invites us to think biblically about the refugees of the world facing a humanitarian crisis and living under pressures of uncertainty. Each refugee represents a human being created in God’s image that the Almighty is bringing close to us. The author also reminds us of the opportunity to serve them in love, kindness, and compassion. Indeed, the global church will be blessed with this precious and relevant book.”

Hope for the Afflicted

Evangelism & Missions

“Through profound research, Jairo de Oliveira inspires us to explore the context of a specific ethnic group to embrace these realities with empathy, love, compassion, and tenderness. The methodology and the content applied in this research stands as a practical guide for mission agencies and local churches to contextualize the word of God in the majority world. I strongly recommend it.”
