“In this fitting tribute, Drs. Cole and Kissling have assembled an impressive collection of essays exemplifying the legacy of Dr. John Sailhamer. Through detailed literary analysis, these essays provide a significant contribution to approaching the biblical texts on their own terms. A clear methodology for sound biblical exegesis is on full display, making this book an invaluable tool for any serious interpreter of the Bible.”
