“I met Dr. Ben Lerner at the USA wrestling training camps prior to the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta. Dr. Ben’s time spent with the athletes, his own experience in weight management and stress control, as well as his strong belief in God proved to be a great asset to the team. The physical and mental health of our athletes was a major factor in the US team’s success in the Olympic Games and our first Gold Medal Team Championship with all major countries in attendance.”
