Reformational Missiology

Evangelism & Missions

“Rodewald and Deressa write with a thoroughly Lutheran understanding of mission grounded in the fact that mission belongs to God. They articulate well the tension between God nurturing his church through Word and Sacrament, and God sending his priesthood of believers to proclaim the Gospel. Translation, contextualization, etc., are presented as efforts to remove barriers to give the Spirit free course to work faith. This is a valuable resource for all with mission hearts.”
