Biography
John P. Splinter previously served as chaplain to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers (CFL) and was a founding member of the Network of Single Adults. Splinter founded Second Chapter divorce recovery ministries and wrote The Complete Divorce Recovery Handbook (1992).
