The Peter Myth

History & Biography

“Karl Oakes has produced a compelling monograph and has broken new ground in scholarship in the field. The Peter Myth offers new and compelling insights and sheds fresh light on the young Jesus movement by seamlessly connecting the events of the New Testament with the earliest writings of the historic church. A must read for students of first and second century Christianity!”
