Church Leadership & Ministry

“It takes a special person with an understanding of God’s specialized call to the marginalized and disenfranchised in cities to invest a life and career in urban ministry. Roger Gench is that special person, working with people from all walks of life to organize for justice and community change—someone with the courage, faith and strength to cross lines of difference boldly, and to seek holistic salvation for all people. This book offers a great glimpse at the work of urban ministry, and the man who has given his heart and soul to it. It is a must read for those called to the urban mission field.”
