Trinitarian Interpretation in Light of the Identity of YHWH as the Triune God

Theology

“Through persuasive exegetical analysis, Alias Eldhose shows that the often overused and under-clarified phrase ‘trinitarian interpretation’ holds its greatest theological density and performs its greatest exegetical work when interpreters avoid an ‘isolationist’ tendency to identify YHWH merely with the Person of the Father and instead specify that YHWH simply is the Tri-Personal Name of God. This book helps all of us who practice theological interpretation of Scripture to employ our trinitarian presuppositions truly and meaningfully.”
