Biography
Marc Cardinal Ouellet has served as Prefect of the Congregation for Bishops and as President of the Pontifical Commission for Latin America. Ouellet previously served as Archbishop of Québec and Primate of Canada, and earlier held the chair of dogmatic theology at the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family in Rome and taught theology. Ouellet's books include Mystery and Sacrament of Love (2015) and Divine Likeness (2006).
