Biography

Marjorie Hewitt Suchocki is Professor Emerita of Theology at Claremont School of Theology in Claremont, California, where Suchocki previously held the Ingraham Chair of Theology and served as Dean. Suchocki also served as founding director of the Whitehead International Film Festival. Suchocki's books include Through a Lens Darkly (2015) and The End of Evil (2005), and Suchocki wrote the foreword to God, Pandemics, and the Holocaust (2025).
