Mark W. Karlberg earned a doctorate in Reformation/Post-Reformation studies at Westminster Theological Seminary. Karlberg previously taught at Chesapeake Theological Seminary and at the Seminary of the Reformed Episcopal Church. Karlberg's books include Reforming the Christian Faith (2017), Engaging Westminster Calvinism (2013), and Federalism and the Westminster Tradition (2006).
