Maryann Rosenthal holds a Ph.D. and is the author of Be a Parent, Not a Pushover (2006). Rosenthal has served as a member of the Domestic Violence Council, the San Diego Psychological Association (SDPA), the California Psychological Association (CPA) and the Association of Christian Therapists (ACT), and was a founding member of the Elder Abuse Prevention Project.
