Sunset

Arts & Literature

“In Sunset, David Goldberg presents a heady array of delectable offerings, each one rich in meaning and beautiful in form. Like sunlight pouring in through an open window, the poems and paintings probe, accentuate, and gently depict the multifaceted life of a Jew in contemporary America. Drawing on his own experiences and a lifetime of Jewish learning, he artfully expresses yearning, growth, old age, mystery, and satisfaction. Accompanied by the uplifting paintings of Gail Goldberg, every one of David Goldberg’s poems is a treat. A delight to read and a pleasure to savor again and again.”
