Unhiding Women in the Parables

Bible Studies & Devotionals

“Dr. Charel du Toit’s is a very welcome and eye-opening contribution to New Testament studies. His argument is that we can’t see women in New Testament texts whose presence would have been obvious to the first generations of their readers. . . . Both theologically committed and secular historians can benefit from this book that also provides inspiration for those who would want to counter overlooking gender minorities today.”

Unquenchable Love

Ethics, Culture & Social Issues

“Unquenchable Love is a timely, well-written, and well-researched companion for one’s own or one’s church’s discernment regarding gender, sexuality, and relationships. Authored by scholars with pastoral and educational experience, it offers substantial insight and encouraging pointers to develop one’s own attitude. I am sure that it will serve many readers well, both when it comes to understanding the subject matter and to growing in a substantiated and charitable spirituality.”
