Church Leadership & Ministry

“This study is a helpful resource for all involved in intercultural discipleship and leadership development ministries, especially where these involve male Christian leaders. It demonstrates the crucial importance of listening to the stories of how men experience conversion, discipleship, leadership development, and the relationship between their culture and the Christian faith. Such listening will provide important insights that would facilitate the contextualization of discipleship, theological education, and leadership development.”
