Celebrating Our Lord and Christ
Theology
“‘Jesus is Lord!’ This is the central claim of Brian Lidbeck in this volume that resounds through the many tongues of Pentecost as he traces ‘tongues’ through the writings of Mark, Luke, and Paul, and convincingly contends for the emphatic witness to King Jesus via these ‘tongues.’ Here I join my heartiest ‘Amen!’ to this chorus of Spirit-ed voices in their christological glorying!”
Christian Egalitarian Leadership
Church Leadership & Ministry
“This volume provides numerous resources through considered research and argumentation, along with stories and applications to further the conversation toward living into Christian egalitarian leadership that is marked by service of the other. One hears in their many voices the helpful biblical, theological, philosophical, pastoral, familial, cross-cultural, and practical engagement and call to Christian egalitarian living. May the contributors’ tribe ever increase.”
