A Return to the Heart

Theology

“I rejoice in endorsing this steady search of the ‘doctrinal heirloom’ for the experimental nature of what Calvin called duplex cognitio Dei. Why shy away from the best of the twofold experimental knowledge of God and self passed on to Calvin by Bernard? By his deep dive into this connection between these two historical theologians, Frank Bartoe demonstrates the beauty and scriptural nature of experimental Christianity.”

Removing Rebellion’s Roots

Christian Living

“If the doctrines of grace have become just an abstraction to you with little sense of spiritual warfare, Dr. Olan Stubbs will help you in making these ‘truth wars’ a living reality to your heart. Beyond offering simple solutions to attaining spiritual freedom, this book invariably removes obstacles and cultivates that ‘hunger and thirst after righteousness’ which is the only indispensable condition to being ‘filled.’ Dr. Stubbs is eminently and always scriptural and expository. He starts with the word and expounds it. It is exposition at its very best and highest.”
