Skeptical Believer

Arts & Literature

“Many people struggle with situations in life that arise from spiritual questioning—sometimes due to personal crises or conflicts, sometimes triggered by the turpitude of the world. But spiritual searching also comes rooted in the daily ordinariness of life, sometimes in the wonder of creation, and sometimes in profound spiritual moments when we experience the presence of the Divine; our soulful musings can move us to a deeper faith. In Skeptical Believer, author, theologian, and poet James D. Frisbie offers his musings to touch our hearts and deepen our spiritual journeys. This collection of poems offers the reader an open door leading to one’s own reflection and spiritual journey.”
