If you feel led to enter into this with a spouse, a friend, your family, your small group at church or perhaps a whole congregation, accept my challenge that way. Once committed, grab your calendar and choose a length of time that you believe you can stick with. (I suggest at least 40 days, though you could certainly extend this to two months or a year.) However you choose to try it, keep in mind that this adventure is not designed for dabbling. Those who stop partway through will miss out on the greatest benefits.
