Empowering Leadership

Church Leadership & Ministry

“I’ve had the privilege of watching Michael Fletcher build solid leaders for nearly thirty years. The leadership culture he and his team build is easily transferable via the Upward Draft, Shoulder Tapping, and SERVE Model, just to name a few highlights from this book. I’m honored to endorse Michael, his leadership methodology, and Empowering Leadership.”
