Church Leadership & Ministry
“This is a beautiful vade mecum, an invitation to become fellow pilgrims with chaplains and those they serve, whether in prisons, schools, hospitals, the military, child and family care, right through to elderly care, from diverse Christian and Muslim perspectives. Working with chaplains in universities for forty-five years, I have come to see Jesus as the chaplain-in-chief. Giles Legood’s inspirational chapter on military chaplaincy brings into our age and all our lives the centurion’s prayer, ‘Lord, I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof, but only say the word and my soul will be healed.’”
