It offers much of value from her own personal experience as well as from research and the experiences of other remarrieds. "Who's in Charge?" the chapter on sticky issues involving discipline of each other's children, gives great insights. This chapter alone is worth the price of the book. I found myself wishing all couples--remarried or not--could read it. I could say the same with regard to other chapters, such as "The Influence of Guilt and Shame." Blended Families can help those who are remarried to become truly blended and not just mixed up.”
