Preaching & Worship

“Josiah Boyd’s work is a great example of the combination of careful study of the text and the engaging presentation of the material in sermon form. . . . Using the book of Jonah as the test case for narrative material, Boyd has demonstrated well in a local-church situation the value and effectiveness of this treatment of the text, as evidenced by results of surveyed church members.”
