Biography
Thomas A. Seel earned a Bachelor of Music in piano performance and a Bachelor of Arts in music history from Hope College, a Master of Music in piano performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music jointly with Case Western Reserve University, and a Doctor of Musical Arts in Church Music and piano performance from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Seel previously served as a Minister of Music and as a graduate fellow in the School of New Testament, and has served as a church worship leader. Seel wrote “Doing the Music” of Worship (2026).
