Confident Witness

Evangelism & Missions

“David Dockery has assembled an A-team of scholars and practitioners to contribute to this work. They know the Christian college setting well and speak powerfully into that unique context. Colleges shape leaders for society and the church, and I am grateful students will have this excellent resource from which to glean much wisdom in evangelism and apologetics.”

Discipling in a Multicultural World

Evangelism & Missions

“If I were selecting someone to write a book titled Discipling in a Multicultural World, Ajith Fernando would be my first choice. I know of no one more qualified to address this topic. Fernando has a scholar’s mind, a pastor’s heart, and a practitioner’s skill—all of which have been tested and proven in the crucible of multicultural experience. These chapters reflect not an ivory-tower author but one who knows the joys and heartaches of real life in the trenches. I heartily commend this book to all who want a deeper understanding of and motivation for ‘making disciples of all nations.’”

Don’t Be a Victim: Choose Victory!

Christian Living

Foreword

“Scott O’Neal uses instances throughout his life to demonstrate the love and faithfulness of God. He saturates this book with Scripture and prayer. I am confident that Scott’s tracing of his journey on the walk of faith will inspire your journey as well. It has done so for me.”

Reaching Your Muslim Neighbor with the Gospel

Ethics, Culture & Social Issues

“As I have taught evangelism in colleges and seminaries for the past thirty-five years, I have fielded many questions about witnessing to Muslims. I am grateful for this helpful new resource from my friend and colleague A. S. Ibrahim. Ibrahim knows Islam. He is rightly viewed as one of the leading scholars on Islam in our day. But he also understands the gospel and has a passion for Muslims to hear this salvific message. I wish this book had been available to me years ago. I am glad it is available today. It is an incredibly helpful resource!”

Tell the Truth

Evangelism & Missions

“Carl F. H. Henry, lamenting the wedge that is sometimes driven between theology and evangelism, said to the World Congress on Evangelism in Berlin in 1966, 'In these next years we must strive harder to become theologian-evangelists, rather than to remain content as just theologians or just evangelists.'"I am delighted that Will Metzger is a theologian-evangelist. His book, Tell the Truth, has long been a personal favorite of mine and required reading in my evangelism classes. Metzger cuts through much of the theological confusion surrounding evangelism and the gospel message and sets forth biblical and practical wisdom in an easily understood and applied manner. "I am delighted he has revised and updated this significant work and commend it to you as essential reading for anyone involved in evangelism.”

The Reformed Pastor

Church Leadership & Ministry

“The Reformed Pastor rightfully carries the description of a ‘classic work in pastoral ministry.’ John Wesley and C. H. Spurgeon both testified to its benefit in their lives and ministries, as have thousands of other pastors. Baxter scholar Tim Cooper has abridged Baxter’s lengthy work into a more manageable (yet no less powerful) charge to pastors. It is my joy to commend this book to the current generation of ministers, that by carefully taking heed to themselves first, they will be better prepared to take heed to the flock of God.”

Will Not Return Void

History & Biography

“Numerous studies in patristics have focused on the beliefs about the nature and authority of Scripture among the church fathers. Dr. Dearing has built on that research by demonstrating how the Greek church fathers used Scripture, specifically for evangelistic purposes. Carefully researched, clearly written—this work will help the reader understand the rapid spread of the gospel message in the early centuries of Christendom. I heartily endorse this book.”
