Preaching & Worship

“In this book, Clare Schwantes brilliantly moves beyond traditional biblical scholarship to explore how the scripture text is actually received in the context of worship. Everyone will benefit from seeing where and how God’s word is revealed to us on a particular occasion, in different texts set side by side to work together and heard within the communal liturgy.”
