Theology
“Ron Goetz, my former doctoral student, has produced another thought provoking work. He argues that modern theology has fallen into confusion because it has given secular philosophy too much authority. As a result, theology has become too subjective and has moved away from objective terms about God's existence. Goetz figures that true theology must affirm the reality of God's acting in Jesus Christ revealing love for humanity. Theology must speak in 'clear and definite words.'”
