Challenging the Spirit of Modernity

History & Biography

“Groen van Prinsterer’s Unbelief and Revolution deserves to be better known in the English-speaking world. Harry van Dyke’s fascinating introduction to this seminal work had been out of print for decades, but I am pleased to see it available once again for a new generation of readers. I pray that it will stimulate the needed communal reflection on the relationship between our faith commitments and the current condition of our civilization.”

Introduction to Political Science

Ethics, Culture & Social Issues

“For centuries, Christians have been divided over whether government has a legitimate and positive role to play within the unfolding kingdom of God. Professor Van Geest has provided us with an excellent introductory-level textbook based on the biblical conviction that political life is indeed an appropriate avenue of service to God and neighbor.”
