Church Reform and Leadership of Change

Church Leadership & Ministry

“This fine collection of essays provides unique insights for an English-speaking audience, especially regarding the development in the Nordic churches in times of change. Through their theoretical grounding and comparative potential, the studies also provide valuable insights for readers in other contexts.”

The Church in a Secular Age

Theology

“In her groundbreaking study, Silje Kvamme Bjørndal convincingly argues for a pneumatological reconstruction of ecclesiology. Through her focus on the agency of the Spirit in and through the church, she gives an important contribution to a renewed understanding of the church’s mission in a secular age.”

The Spirit Driven Church

Theology

“In this rich study, Terje Hegertun convincingly argues for the Spirit's central role in all aspects of the church's life. Speaking from a Pentecostal background, his work is genuinely ecumenical, bringing together voices from different traditions in a fruitful interpretation and application of the biblical message of the Holy Spirit.”
